Cancellation Policy

At E by Elegance, we aim to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below.

1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched

  • Once an order has been confirmed and prepared for shipment, cancellation is not possible

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order

2. Non-Cancellable Orders
  • Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery

  • Orders placed during promotions or special offers

  • Cash on Delivery orders that are refused at delivery (may be restricted from future orders)

3. Refund Policy
  • As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds are not issued in cash

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products

  • Approved refunds may be provided as:

    • Product replacement, or

    • Order value adjustment, depending on the situation

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos and order details are required for verification

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted

5. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances

6. Failed or Refused Deliveries
  • Orders refused at delivery without valid reason may result in:

    • Cancellation of future Cash on Delivery privileges

    • Blacklisting of delivery address or contact number
