2. Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders over $30.
A flat rate of $3 applies to orders under $30.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 1 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
Time may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

4. Order Processing

• • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends & holidays).
• • A confirmation is sent by SMS or email once your order is placed.
• • All prices are in USD and include VAT.

5. Exchange and Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
