Promotions and Rewards Policy

This policy governs all marketing campaigns, discount codes, loyalty rewards and promotional draws run by E by Elegance. By participating in any promotion, you agree to the terms below.

1. Discount and Promo Codes
  • • One discount code may be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
  • • Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
  • • Codes may carry minimum order values, product restrictions or expiry dates, stated at the time of issue.
  • • E by Elegance may modify, suspend or withdraw any code at any time in cases of error, misuse or fraud.
2. Barber Program Rewards
  • • The Barber Program is open to verified professional barbers. Verification is carried out by our team and may be granted or declined at our discretion.
  • • Verified barbers receive a personal client referral code. Points are earned on completed, non-cancelled orders placed with that code, at the published earn rate.
  • • Points have no cash value and are redeemable only for store credit, discounts or other published rewards on ebyelegance.shop.
  • • Points and benefits are personal to the verified barber and cannot be sold or transferred.
  • • Fraud, self-referral abuse or misuse of codes results in forfeiture of points and removal from the program.
  • • Program mechanics, earn rates and redemption rates may be updated; the rates shown in your Barber Dashboard at the time of the order apply.
3. Prize Draws and Competitions
  • • Qualification criteria, entry periods, prizes and draw dates for any prize draw (including Barber Program draws) are defined in the official campaign announcement for that draw.
  • • Entries are personal and non-transferable. One qualified entry per participant unless stated otherwise.
  • • E by Elegance may verify eligibility before awarding any prize. Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders do not count toward qualification.
  • • Prizes are as described in the campaign announcement, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
  • • Winners are announced through our official channels and contacted using their account details.
  • • All draws are run in accordance with applicable regulations in Lebanon.
4. Influencer and Partner Codes
  • • Codes issued to influencers and partners are for promotion of E by Elegance products only and remain our property.
  • • Commission or reward terms for partners are defined in the individual partner agreement.
5. General
  • • All promotions are subject to product availability.
  • • In case of any dispute, the decision of E by Elegance is final.
